It has several features to speed up heat pump installation including removing the need for an installer to set a weather compensation curve, a built-in, push-fit wiring centre, wired or wireless thermostats and the ability to commission the system from the Passiv Programmer in under two minutes without the need for a smartphone or internet connection.
Although it does require a small amount of additional wiring, these features mean that overall, the Passiv Smart Thermostat is much quicker to install than a standard thermostat and programmer.
