Will is responsible for Passiv's overall product strategy, devising, designing and delivering the products that produce cutting-edge energy transformation solutions.
Sneha is responsible for developing forward-looking technical solutions, high-quality research, and scalable platforms to support domestic energy optimisation.
Louise is responsible for the successful delivery of all consultancy projects across the business and their alignment with the strategy roadmap and commercial opportunities.
Alison heads up the technical support team that supports investors, housing associations, installers, engineers and homeowners in solar, heat and consultancy projects.
Edwin is responsible for strategically managing our R&D and consultancy capability, leading the team in developing the algorithms behind our smart controls product and modelling services.
Beth develops optimisation algorithms used to control and simulate low-carbon technologies, which are key to delivering multi asset control as well as R&D consultancy services.
James develops algorithms to model and simulate low-carbon technologies and oversees data analysis on Passiv’s monitoring systems.
Magnus heads up the database team at Passiv and is responsible for the architecture, development and operational management of the databases.
Peter heads up Passiv’s hub and devices development including embedded linux kernel and applications implementation and development.
Matt leads on developing a portfolio of consultancy and innovation initiatives that provide insights into energy transition, and support Passiv’s solutions roadmap.
Richard manages Passiv’s solar business providing a top-quality service to customers across the company’s solar, O&M and FiT management portfolios.
Gareth is responsible for all sales of heat products bringing valuable experience in the renewable energy, metering, monitoring, and control industries.
Helen leads innovative energy efficiency projects working with a broad range of commercial partners working to the highest time, cost, and quality standards.
Boyd is responsible for efficiently and successfully delivering bespoke consultancy projects producing insightful learnings and deliverable solutions to low carbon energy control.
